You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service as a rider or a driver. By using the app, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Users and drivers may add funds to their Budva Taxi Wallet.
All wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable.
Loaded balance can only be used for in-app transactions such as rides, deliveries, or other app services.
No real-currency withdrawal or external transfer is allowed.
Budva Taxi is not liable for any unauthorized wallet use or payment errors.
You agree that Budva Taxi may collect, use, store, and share your personal and sensitive data, including but not limited to:
Name, phone number, email
GPS location, address, trip history
Device and usage data
Identity documents and profile images
Contact details and communication logs
This data may be shared with:
Third-party partners and advertisers
Government or legal authorities
Drivers, riders, or other users for operational needs
By using Budva Taxi, you consent to receive:
In-app and push advertisements
SMS, email, or app-based promotional messages
Partner offers and commercial notifications
You acknowledge and agree that:
You use Budva Taxi entirely at your own risk
Budva Taxi provides no guarantees on ride availability, driver behavior, pricing, or app uptime
We shall not be liable for:
Loss or misuse of your data
Damages due to service interruption or inaccuracy
Financial losses from wallet misuse or misjudged ride decisions
Any third-party content or behavior in or outside the app
All responsibility lies with the user or driver, and you waive any legal claims against Budva Taxi.
We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:
Fraudulent activity
Policy violation
Legal requirements
Misuse of wallet or personal data
Wallet balances in suspended accounts are not guaranteed for future use.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Budva Taxi operates. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration or local courts.
By continuing to use Budva Taxi, you agree to all the terms above in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the app.
